October/November's theme is Fall Fiction featuring books set during fall or having fall vibes. Pick-up is Sunday, Nov. 12 - Saturday, Nov. 18.

For ages 16+. Artist Wendy McIntyre will demonstrate and teach basic quilling techniques. No previous experience is required, and all supplies are provided. Seating for Friends members will begin at 12:30 and at 12:45 for non-members.

For ages 18+. Local film historian and friend of Brian Hughes, Clyde Ponder, will present a brief history of Hammer Film Productions. Hammer is a British film company noted for Gothic horror films made between 1957 and 1974. During this period, Hammer dominated the horror film industry and made international stars out of Peter Cushing and Christopher Lee. Some of their most successful films featured remakes of class monster tales; Frankenstein, Dracula, The Mummy, and Phantom of the Opera.
