Reminder April 23, 2014: Allen Parks and Recreation Department are employing preventive measures including the use of visual deterrents and noisemaking devices to discourage migratory bird settlement at Celebration Park in order to protect the City's largest community park for recreational use this summer. Loud noisemaking deterrents will be in use by Parks and Recreation Staff until the threat of nesting has passed.
