[ARCHIVED] Informative Session Regarding Migratory Birds to be Held on March 8

Join the Parks and Recreation staff to discuss migratory birds in our area and ways to prevent large nesting sites. The program will be held March 8 at 11 a.m. in the Allen Public Library Civic Auditorium, 300 N. Allen Drive.

Topics covered include identifying the Cattle Egret and its sentry the Night Heron, Ecological significance and federal protection. There will also be time for questions and answers from attendees.

A copy of the program will be made available on our video-on-demand page.
