In observance of the Christmas and New Year’s holidays, service will slide one day.
On Wednesday, December 25, the City and CWD will be closed in observance of the Christmas holiday. Trash and recycling services, as well as loose brush pickups and cart replacements for all scheduled homes will be shifted to Thursday, December 26. Thursday trash and recycling services will occur on Friday, with Friday’s services occurring on Saturday.
When waste collection resumes December 26, as a courtesy, CWD will collect up to 5 trash bags of excess holiday waste. Bags must be placed at your collection point by 7 a.m. and at least 2 feet away from trash cart. This service is available through December 31.
On Wednesday, January 1, the City and CWD will again be closed in observance of New Year’s Day. Trash and recycling services, as well as loose brush pickups and cart replacements for all scheduled homes will again slide one day.
