Arbor Day is a City of Allen Parks and Recreation Department event sponsored by Keep Allen Beautiful, the Allen Garden Club and Montgomery Farm Gardens.
The event will feature demonstrations by certified arborists such as tree climbing, pruning, and general care of plants. Keep Allen Beautiful is sponsoring a tree sale and an Arbor Day tree dedication, with the tree being donated by Montgomery Farm Gardens. The event will include eco-friendly activities and music for the entire family.

The Arbor Day Poster Contest sponsored by Keep Allen Beautiful engages 4th and 5th graders in learning about trees: “Inside and Out”.
