Allen Parks and Recreation will close various facilities on Monday, July 4, in observance of Independence Day. Normal business hours resume Tuesday, July 5.

Parks and Recreation facility hours: Monday, July 4

• Allen Community Ice Rink – Open for regular programming
• Allen Senior Recreation Center - Closed
• Ford Pool – Open 1 to 6 p.m.
• Joe Farmer Recreation Center – Closed 
• Don Rodenbaugh Natatorium – Closed 
• The Courses at Watters Creek – Open 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• The Edge Skate Park – Open 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.
• The Edge Visitor Center – Closed
