Come spend the week with Allen Police and sweat a little! Allen Police Department (APD) has partnered with Athlete Training and Health to offer APD FIT Camp for kids age 8-11. Cost is $90 per athlete. Spots are limited, so register today!
Kids have two opportunities to join the fun. Camps take place Monday through Friday from 9 to 11 a.m. on the following dates:
- Week 1: June 27 to July 1
- Week 2: July 18-22 – Special Olympics Texas will provide a week of inclusion. All abilities are welcome to join! All exercises and games will be adapted so that anyone can participate.
What to expect
Each day consists of a one-hour workout led by the trainers at Athlete Training and Health, following by an hour of fun games with Allen Officers. Includes guests from various Specialized APD Units such as SWAT, Police Motors, Drones, K-9 Unit and a Fire Truck! Following a week of work, students can enjoy FREE Kona Ice on Friday.
