Life can be challenging, but every day shouldn't feel hard or out of your control.  Join us on Thursday, May 19 at 10:30 a.m. to learn about the implications of the pandemic on mental health and what you can do moving forward to take better care of yourself.  On Tuesday, May 24 at 7 p.m., learn how to ease anxiety through creative outlets in an art therapy workshop.
