Keep Texas Beautiful (KTB) recently named Allen ISD as a winner of the Sadie Ray Graff Educational Institution, one of 10 award categories in the 2022 Beautify Texas Awards.

This award recognizes the efforts of educational institutions that provide instruction and programming to Pre-K through college students to encourage youth involvement and promote the KTB mission through environmental education. The Elementary GT Program of Allen Independent School District is incredibly deserving of this recognition.

The Beautify Texas Awards recognize the efforts of those working to enhance their community and protect the Lone Star State. These awards honor extraordinary volunteers, professionals, youth, educators, businesses, local/civic governments, organizations, and specific projects and programs.

Allen ISD will be honored at the KTB Annual Conference in Austin, June 27-29. A full list of winners and award descriptions, as well as information about the conference, is available at KTB.org.
