You’re invited to attend a special reception for the portrait unveiling of former Mayor Stephen Terrell and former Mayor Debbie Stout. The reception takes place Monday, March 21 at 6 p.m. in the Allen City Hall rotunda, 305 Century Parkway.
Stephen Terrell served as Allen Mayor for 23 years (1997-2020). Debbie Stout served as mayor from March to November 2020. Their portraits will be added to the display of former Allen mayors that exists in the City Hall rotunda.
