Allen Fire Department provides COVID-19 Help Line

If you live or work in Allen and have questions about COVID-19 response or preparedness, call the Allen Fire Department Help Line at 214.509.4333.

This Help Line is designed for Allen residents and businesses with questions about new restrictions, protective measures and quarantining/isolating at home. It is currently monitored from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., 7 days a week and should not be used for urgent medical needs. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911.

If you believe you might have COVID-19 and do not need immediate medical care, call your doctor or dial 2-1-1 (option 6) for information on COVID-19 from the Texas Department of State Health Services.
