"I voted" sticker

Here’s how to track the results of races in Allen, Collin County and Texas.

How do I find local election results?

Collin County will post unofficial election results on its website. The results will reflect votes cast by Collin County voters only for state, local and national races. Results are unofficial until canvassed or adopted by the party, county, city or school. Collin County will post on its Facebook and Twitter accounts when the results are updated.

BEST SOURCE FOR: City/County election results (Allen Mayor, Allen ISD bond election, Collin County Commissioner, etc.)

How do I find results from statewide races?

The Texas Secretary of State will provide unofficial election results from across Texas on its election dashboard once polls close at 7 p.m. CST.   Users can select their favorite races to make it easier to track results.

BEST SOURCE FOR: State/district election results (U.S. Senator, U.S. Representative, Railroad Commissioner, Texas Supreme Court)

When will results be posted?

Collin County early voting results will appear at 7 p.m. on election night on its website with election results updated beginning at 8:30 p.m., and then at half hour intervals until tabulation is completed. The time of the latest returns will appear in the upper right hand corner of the result page. Results posted on this page are unofficial. Official results are canvassed by the political subdivision holding the election and kept by the city, school, or county filing officer.
