The City of Allen is working to safely expand services and reopen facilities impacted by changes related to COVID-19. Beginning May 18, customer service windows in Utility Billing, Permitting and Municipal Court will reopen. Visitors to other departments in Allen City Hall must be seen by appointment only.

New protective measures are in place to safeguard both visitors and City staff, including distance markers, physical barriers and enhanced cleaning procedures.

Online, Phone Services Still Available

Citizens are still strongly encouraged to continue using contact-free options to pay bills or complete other services.

Allen Parks and Recreation has also announced plans for a phased reopening of some amenities and facilities. Customers can check the status of any City facility/service or view a full list of online services on the City of Allen website.
