The Appalachian Trail - all 2,200 miles of it - is the focus of Don Rodenbaugh Natatorium’s 2020 Challenge of the Year. We're excited to share a glimpse of the t-shirt artwork and want to invite you to join us for the last "climb" - the final two months of the year.
All you have to do to join this challenge is start recording your walks, runs, biking or even swimming. Then, submit your mileage for credit. Please remember to practice safe social distancing if participating in this challenge away from your home.
"Exercise is not ’work’ - it is another way to bond with friends, develop a competitive drive and give self-care," says Kolbie Elliott, Recreation Specialist II at the Natatorium. "I want you to see the importance fitness has on your life!" Keeping track of your mile count is a great daily and weekly reminder to stay healthy and active while at home.
All participants will receive a free t-shirt, pictured in the image, and be entered into a chance drawing to receive one FREE annual membership to the Natatorium for 2021.
