Allen Police are warning all residents of package return scams. If you did not initiate the return, or someone who did - it is most likely a scam.
As the holiday shopping season comes to a close, package delivery and return scams start.
An example of what one Allen resident found on their door step appears to be a package pick up slip. The scammers want you to call in an effort to get your financial information (credit or debit). There have also been Amazon clone emails seeking the same information for possible return of packages.
