While some City facilities have modified operating hours, Allen City Hall is open regular business hours today. Field services staff with Community Services and Parks and Recreation report early to clear walkways and stairs at all of our facilities based on opening times. Staff started as early as 4 a.m. treating major intersections and bridges.
