Register for APD Condition 1

Condition 1 is a FREE camp designed to add cardio and abdominal work to your weekly routine. With 20 different movements, in addition to coached variations, you'll have fun while burning calories. No equipment needed!

Qualifications and Camp schedule

  • Participants must live or work in Allen and be at least age 18
  • Each 45-minute camp meets on specified days and locations (see registration details)
  • Enrollment: Choose a camp and register below. Registration is first come, first served. See registration details for maximum class size.
