Bulky Item Collection
Monthly collection is available for large items that cannot fit in the 95-gallon trash cart. This service may not be used to collect excess bags or boxes of household trash.
Bulky items are collected monthly on your assigned collection Saturday. You must schedule pickup by calling CWD at 972.392.9300 (option 2) by noon on the day before collection. Items may be set out no earlier than 6 p.m. the day before collection and must be ready for pickup by 7 a.m. the day of collection.
If your items aren't accepted in curbside collection (or you don't want to wait for your assigned pickup day), you may be able to bring your items to one of our waste disposal facilities. Learn more about do-it-yourself disposal.
For an additional fee, CWD offers special collection of bulky items, construction waste and other materials. Call 972.392.9300 (option 2) to request a quote.
