CDBG Housing Rehabilitation Program

The CDBG Housing Rehabilitation Program provides up to $25,000 to homeowners living in one of Allen's five target neighborhoods. Funds must be used on repairs that help your home meet health and safety codes.

If you have an emergency repair but don't live in a target neighborhood, you may qualify for our Urgent Repair Program.
