Recent Projects Funded


Allen CDC funds millions of dollars in projects on an annual basis. Projects are presented for funding at an annual Town Hall meeting open to the pubic for feedback. In addition, City staff present projects to CDC based on funding priorities identified by master planning that includes citizen surveys and needs that may not be covered by the general fund budget. Projects considered for funding must comply with 4B sales tax regulations. Projects funded include:

$3.4M in projects for FY 2017-2018
