Students can experience law enforcement first-hand in the annual Junior
Police Academy summer camp. Students learn the basic functions of a
police department and participate in practical exercises.
2019 summer camps will be conducted on the following dates. Camps run Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Camp #1: June 3-7 (FULL)
Camp #2: June 17-21 (FULL)
Camp #3: June 24-28 (FULL)
Camp #4: July 8-12 (FULL)
Camp #5: July 15-19 (FULL)
Camp #6: July 22-26 (FULL)
Camp #7: July 29-August 2 (FULL)
Students must complete an application, which includes a background check and medical and parental release forms. Students will be chosen in the order that all paperwork is received and upon successful completion of the background check. Classes are held at Ford Middle School, located at 630 Park Place Dr, Allen, TX 75002.
