Dear Parents, If you reside in the City of Allen, Lucas, or Fairview and became a new parent within the last 6 months you are invited to dedicate a children's picture book to your baby. Please print out and complete the Honorarium form (.pdf) and return it to the Children's Service desk if you are interested. Upon return of the form the Allen Public Library Children's Staff will select an appropriate picture book and place a gift plate with your child's name and birthday in the book. We will mail you an announcement of the book we select so you can check it out and read it with your child. If you wish to honor your child 1 year of age or older, please print out and complete our Gift form (.pdf) and return it to the Information Desk. Thank you, |
