The department includes approximately 94 employees dedicated to delivering excellent customer-focused services to meet Allen’s needs. The Community Services Department maintains your roads, water and sewer lines and drainage system and provides trash and recycling services through contract with Community Waste Disposal Inc. (CWD).

The North Texas Municipal Water District would like to provide you with information regarding microconstituents in drinking water supplies.
