Sidewalk Replacement Program
About

Maintenance of sidewalks is the responsibility of the property owner. The City of Allen currently has a program to share in the cost of repairs. This includes a 50% cost share of the total cost to repair your sidewalk.
The City completes the repair work either through in-house expertise or through a contractor. Before any work begins, the property owner must pay their total share of costs. Read more information on
sidewalk fees.
Work will be scheduled and performed as expeditiously and conveniently as possible after payment in full has been received by the City. All work is coordinated and inspected by the City.
