Overview of Duties
The Central Business District Design Review committee assists the City Council in the following activites within the Central Business District: 1) review of design plans for new construction, reconstruction, addition or alteration of structures or buildings in the CBD; 2) ensure design plans meet the standards established for the CBD; and 3) review historic structure designation requests.
