ACTV Feature Programs

The ACTV channel features original programming, meeting coverage, and programs produced by other consumer or government agencies. Our current, original feature programs include the Dilly-O, an upbeat news and events segment updated weekly; Inspector Skillet, Chef Trevor Ball and Environmental Health Manager Joey Allette cook up great recipes and safe food handling tips; and My City, My Pride, showcases the the employees that make quality City services and programs possible. More information about each of these programs is available from the Feature Programs sub menu.

Most original programming is available through the video on demand page under the designated meeting tab or specialty tab.

Tales of Allen

History segments about all aspects of life in Allen - from the Sam Bass train robbery to the Old Stone Dam. The history segments are available on the Video On Demand page, specialty tab, search on Tales of Allen.

Allen Independent School District board meetings

Meetings are broadcast live on ACTV. The board meets at 7 p.m. on the 4th Monday of each month. To watch meetings on-line, please visit the AISD website.

City Council meetings

Live broadcast at 7 p.m. on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday and rebroadcast every 2nd and 4th Wednesday and Friday at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. See the meeting tab on the Video On Demand page.

Planning & Zoning Commission meetings
