Home Repair Program

The Owner Occupied Housing Rehab Program is intended to help homeowners in Allen's low-income Neighborhoods (Windridge and Hillside Additions) make necessary repairs and ensure compliance with health and safety codes. Eligible families can receive up to $25,000 for minor repairs and weatherization improvements to their home. Assistance is provided as a five-year forgivable loan.
