Summer Activity Guide

The Edge is the place for youth to be this summer. Some of the upcoming summer activities include:

Youth Center Lock-In on July 17 from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. This is a drop off activity for ages 10 to 17 supervised by youth center staff. The evening features video game tournaments, dodgeball, movies and more. Cost is $20 for members and $25 for non-members.

Family Night @ The Edge Skate Park on July 23 from 6 to 8 p.m. This annual activity night provides families with children 5 to 14 an exclusive opportunity to enjoy the skate park and youth center amenities. The park and youth center is closed to the general public during this time and free admission is granted to youth of the specified age when accompanied by at least one parent.

Skateboarding Beginner Basics - class sessions offered in June, July and August

Intermediate Skateboarding Trick Tips - class session offered in June, July and August

Video Game Design - June 22 and 23

3D Game Design - June 24 (must have completed Video Game Design)

Animation - week of June 29
