Park Pavilion Rental

You are welcome to use any of our pavilions on a first come, first served-basis...but, if you’d like to reserve a pavilion for your exclusive use, we can help! Contact us at 214.509.4714 or come by the Parks and Recreation Administrative Office at the Municipal Court and Parks and Recreation Building, 301 Century Parkway. 

Information to Note

A few items to note regarding our pavilion rentals are 1) none of the pavilions have patron accessible electricity; 2) there is a $50 deposit on each rental; 3) no tobacco products, firearms or alcoholic beverages are allowed; and 3) there is a two hour minimum for each rental.(A complete list of Pavilion Rental Rules and Regulations will be provided upon reservation confirmation.)

About Bounce Houses

You are welcome to use a bounce house in our parks. You will need to notify us of your plans, as well as pay a $25 fee when you rent the pavilion. Staff will then mark a safe spot (away from buried electrical lines, irrigation lines, etc) for your bounce house setup. The City of Allen has a list of preferred vendors for the bounce house rentals. These vendors have insurance policies on file with the Parks and Recreation Department.

Facility Rental

The following is a list of rental facilities now available to both residents and non-residents, in addition to Allen-based service clubs. Facilities are available for rent Monday through Sunday from 7 a.m to 11 p.m. with showings available by appointment only.  Those renting facilities are responsible for all activity set-up and clean-up. Community Room

Located at 301 Century Pkwy. in the Municipal Court/Parks and Recreation Building
(Accommodates 226 without tables and chairs or 90 with tables and chairs)

Rental Fees
Resident:          $30/hour during business hours; $50/hour after hours
Non-Resident:  $50/hour during business hours; $70/hour after hours

Deposits
$50; no food or beverages allowed in this facility.

About
Tables and chairs may be arranged in any way, but must be returned to original configuration upon completion of the rental.

Lakeside Clubhouse

Located at 745 South Allen Heights
(Accommodates 40 without tables and chairs or 25 with tables and chairs)

Resident:          $40/hour during business hours; $60/hour after hours
Non-Resident:  $60/hour during business hours; $80/hour after hours

Deposits
$50 if no food or beverages will be served; $100 if food and beverages are served

About
The Lakeside Clubhouse boasts a fireplace and is surrounded by parkland, a playground and lakes. The tables and chairs may be arranged in any way, but must be returned to original configuration upon completion of the rental. The facility does not have a kitchen, however food and beverages are allowed for serving.

Recreation Hall

Located at 105 South Anna, large bay area of the old Central Fire Station
(Accommodates 300 without tables and chairs or 126 with tables and chairs)

Rental Fees
Resident:          $40/hour during business hours; $60/hour after hours
Non-Resident:  $60/hour during business hours; $80/hour after hours

Deposits
$50 if no food or beverage will be served; $100 if food and beverage are served.

About
The facility originally served as the City of Allen offices, then Central Fire Station and in recent years, the Interim Allen Senior Center, the Recreation Hall can accommodate large groups and comes with a full kitchen. Tables and chairs may be arranged in any way, but must be returned to original configuration upon completion of the rental.
