Adult Athletics Leagues

The Allen Parks and Recreation Department offers sports leagues in Soccer, Ultimate Frisbee, softball, volleyball, basketball and flag football. Minimum age required to participate in the league is 15, 17 for soccer. Current information about league registration and seasons is available by calling the Adult Athletics Hotline at 214.509.4810 or online at www.sportsstandings.com/allen.  Registration information packets are located in the "Files Downloaded" section of www.sportsstandings.com/allen.

Men's/Coed Soccer NEW

Spring 2010 Registration runs 1/11 - 2/15  with a team entry fee of $515.  Late registration runs 2/16 - 2/21 with a team entry fee of $530.  USASA rules with modifications govern league play.  Eight game season plus single elimination tournament.  Play begins March 11.  For more information and rules visit www.sportsstandings.com/allen.

Ultimate Frisbee

Ultimate Frisbee leagues are offered three times per year: fall/winter, spring and summer. Spring 2010 registration runs 1/18 - 2/22 with a team entry fee of $195. Late registration runs 2/23 - 2/28 with a team entry fee of $205.  Seven game season plus play-offs.  Spring season play begins March 18.  For information on how to register for the draft and to be included on a team go to www.allenultimate.com.  Designated captains will then register their team with the City.  For more information and rules visit www.sportsstandings.com/allen.

Slow-Pitch Softball

Slow-pitch softball leagues are offered three seasons per year: fall/winter, spring and summer.  Spring 2010 registration runs 1/11 - 2/15 with a team entry fee of $345. Late registration takes place 2/16 - 2/21 with a team entry fee is $360. Eight game season plus playoffs.  Spring season play begins March 8. All adult softball leagues are sanctioned by TAAF and the Amateur Softball Association. For more information and rules visit www.sportsstandings.com/allen

 

Co-Rec Indoor Volleyball

Co-Rec indoor 6-on-6 volleyball leagues are offered three seasons per year: fall/winter, spring and summer. Spring registration runs 1/4 - 2/1 with a team entry fee of $235.  Late registration runs 2/2 -2/7 with a team entry fee is $250.  Eight game season plus single elimination tournament.  Spring season play begins February 22.  Leagues are played at various AISD school gyms. Men's/Women's Basketball

Full court, 5-on-5, adult basketball leagues are offered three times per year: fall/winter, spring and summer. Spring 2010 registration runs 1/4 - 2/1 with a team entry fee of $425. Late registration runs 2/2 - 2/7 with a team entry fee is $440. Eight game season plus single elimination tournament.  Spring season play begins February 23.  League play is governed by NCAA rules. Flag Football

Three seasons of 8-on-8 flag football leagues are offered. Spring registration runs 1/18 - 2/22 with a team entry fee of $350. Late registration runs 2/23 - 2/28 with a team entry fee of $365.
