Meeting Rooms

Allen Public Library's meeting rooms are available for limited use by the public. In addition to a reservation, a $50 refundable deposit is required for meetings that do not include serving food or drink. Please read the
Meeting Room Policy for limitations & requirements of use.

Group Study Rooms

Study Rooms cannot be used for any meetings that are politically partisan, religious services or instructions, commercial sales or presentations promoting specific companies or products, or purely social or celebratory gatherings.

Civic Auditorium

Seats 300 and features a stage with various curtain backdrops, professional audio/visual equipment and theatrical lighting. Organizations requiring use of an audio/visual technician will be charged $20 per hour.
