We offer three different types of book clubs that cater to all interests. Find the group that’s right for you. All book clubs meet monthly when in session.
Join a book discussion group, take a computer class, check out an art exhibit, or attend one of the many cultural programs offered at the library. We also provide family-oriented and theme-related movie series throughout the year. Check our events calendar to find the latest movie and cultural program information.
The Allen Public Library offers courses on computer applications and information literacy in our second floor computer lab. Course lengths vary from short one-time mini course sessions to more in-depth multi-session courses.
Allen Public Library provides Internet access to the public through several workstations. Anyone 18 years and older may use this resource. Minor children must have authorization on their library card application from a parent or guardian in order to use the workstations.
