Now held at a convenient location at Allen City Hall and Butler Drive, cleanup is easier than ever! Accepted items include clean and flattened cardboard; household trash and bulky items; yard waste; household appliances and other metal items (Freon removed); televisions and other electronics; furniture, household goods, bicycles, eyeglasses, cell phones, durable medical equipment, and pet products. Color and creativity best describe Marie Renfro's paintings in oil or acrylic. A very versatile artist, Marie enjoys using various media to express her emotional response to a subject. Her work has received numerous outstanding awards and is included in major collections. She holds a Master of Fine Arts Degree from Texas Woman's University in Denton and has studied in several European countries.
Exhibited artwork can be purchased at the gallery, along with books by Amanda Dunbar and Jaqcueline Woodson.
