Meeting Information

Council meetings are held on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 305 Century Parkway. Prior to the Council meeting, a workshop is conducted at 6 p.m. in the Council Conference Room, located next to Council Chambers.

City Council meetings and workshops are open to the public and citizen input is welcome. Citizens may speak at Council meetings on agenda and non-agenda items by completing and submitting a public meeting appearance card. See Addressing City Council for additional information.

Council Agenda & Minutes

The City Council agenda is available on the website 72 hours prior to every meeting. The agendas are posted outside of City Hall in the glass public notice case adjacent to the main City Hall entrance.

Once approved, meeting minutes are archived and available for review through Municode.com.
