Elected as Councilmember, Place No. 1 in 2001. Mayor Pro Tem Stout was reelected in 2003, 2006 and 2009. She was elected as Mayor Pro Tem in 2007.
Councilmember Stout and her husband, Mark, have been residents of Allen since 1980. They have one daughter. They are owners of Professional Office Services.
Serves as Council Representative to the following:
- Mayor’s Committee (2007-Present)
- Council Liaison, Public Art Committee (2005-Present)
- Arts of Collin County Advisory Committee (2005-Present)
