3. A one-time service to collect flattened and stacked cardboard boxes is provided to new resident move-ins.
   • New residents must call Community Services at 214.509.4500 or submit online request form by noon on Friday to arrange a one-time cardboard collection for next-day (Saturday) pickup.
   • All cardboard moving boxes must be empty, flattened and stacked neatly in the area of regular trash pickup.
   • Wrapping paper (no bubble wrap or foam) from the boxes may be placed in a large cardboard container and collected during the same one-time service.
