Join the North Texas Housing Coalition (NTHC) for a free foreclosure prevention counseling seminar where they will offer advice and counseling on foreclosure prevention.    

The FREE workshop is open to anyone struggling with paying their mortgage, in a foreclosure or has foreclosure questions. The counselors at NTHC will also discuss what options are available to homeowners.

Get your foreclosure questions answered by HUD-certified counselors on Saturday, November 17, 2012. The seminar will be held at the NTHC offices (2900 Live Oak Street, Dallas, TX 75204). Time is 10:00 a.m. - Noon

What to Bring:

• Copies of latest mortgage statement
• Copies of 30 days of paystubs
• Copies of most recent tax return
• Two most recent bank statements
• Copies of most recent utility bill
• Budget breakdown explaining monthly expenses
