Into the Meadow Annual Benefit Celebration

Saturday, September 20, 2014

Connemara Conservancy Foundation hosts its fifth annual signature benefit featuring dinner under the stars, dancing, live entertainment and auction. The dinner features culinary creations of award-winning chef Kent Rathbun.

This year’s dinner under the stars will feature the culinary creations of award-winning chef Kent Rathbun of Kent Rathbun Concepts. Nominated for the Beard Award, Rathbun has most notably worked at Mr. B’s in New Orleans, American Restaurant and Milano in Kansas City, The Mansion on Turtle Creek in Dallas and the Landmark Restaurant in Dallas’ Warwick Melrose Hotel. He is the creator of Abacus, Jaspers, Rathbun's Blue Plate Kitchen, Kent Rathbun Catering and KB’s.

Since 2010, Into The Meadow has become Connemara’s signature fundraising event, celebrating locally produced food and the conservancy’s mission of preserving and protecting open space throughout North Texas.

The event benefits the Connemara Conservancy, which currently protects more than 5,300 acres of open space throughout North Texas.
