Public & Media Relations

The Public and Media Relations Office (PAMRO) provides information about city government and services to residents and the media. Activities include production of the annual report, website development, e-news publications and social media oversight. PAMRO also manages operation of the award-winning government access channel Allen City Television (ACTV) and responds to media requests. The office assists with special events and works with other departments to promote education and outreach initiatives.

Promoting Community News & Events

While the primary goal of PAMRO is to promote city services, activities and events, we will provide information relevant to our residents from other organizations that work in partnership with the city. This information will be included in the ACTV Community Bulletin Board and through the Events Calendar.
