*Non-profit organizations are those that have been recognized by the IRS as tax exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and operate or maintain facilities in Allen, Texas.

Rental Requirements
Rentals must be made at least two weeks in advance and full payment must be made within 5 working days of booking date. No rentals may occur between the hours of 11 p.m. - 8 a.m.

Refunds will not be issued if rental is cancelled with a notification of less than five working days before the date stated on the Rental Agreement. Rental fee will be kept and deposit will be returned.

Partial refunds will be issued if rental is cancelled, regardless of reason, with notification of five or more working days before the date stated on the Rental Agreement. A $10.00 administrative charge will be the only deduction from the amount being refunded and the deposit will be returned.

Additional Equipment Available
We have an easel and dry erase board and a TV/VCR/DVD player. All equipment must be requested in advance in order to guarantee availability.

You can rent the Tiny Tots equipment for $25, which includes a small bounce house, small basketball hoop and balls, foam floor mats, hop scotch, small tent with tunnels and building blocks. This equipment is appropriate for children 5 years old and under. On-duty staff will set up equipment and take it down.

Birthday Party Packages
After Hours Package — All-Star 
Private use of Downstairs Facility (excluding weight room, maximum of 40 children) 

Includes:
Game Room (air hockey, foosball, table tennis, billiards)
Racquetball Courts
Gymnasium (used for basketball, dodge ball, volleyball, badminton)
Use of 6 tables and 40 chairs
Unlimited Equipment Checkout 

Cost:
$75 per hour (minimum of 2 hours)/$100 deposit – refundable if no damage occurs

During Hours Package — Varsity 
Shared use of Facility with JFRC Members (excluding weight room and track, maximum of 12 children 7 years+) 

Includes:
Half of Meeting Room
Racquetball Courts
Gymnasium
Use of 4 tables and 20 chairs
4 Equipment Checkout Cards for Unlimited Checkout

Cost:

$50 per hour/$100 deposit – refundable if no damage occurs

All packages are based on JFRC schedule and availability. Outside food is allowed but must remain in designated food areas of the facility.
