Competitive Stroke Clinic  (8-15 Years)
Want to swim like a pro but need lots of practice first? Competitive Stroke Clinic is like being on a swim team without the swim meets! Students must meet prerequisites and demonstrate proficiency of the four major strokes as coaches will work with them on refinement, building endurance and reducing times. Practice is in the competition pool and there are three levels: Beginner, Intermediate and Advance.

Diving for Beginners
With a participant to instructor ratio of 6-to-1, expect plenty of individualized attention as divers learn basic skills such as take-off, hurdle, jump, forward and back dives. Pre-requisite: Student must be able to demonstrate safe head first entry from poolside in water 12 feet deep, swim to surface and swim unassisted to wall or ladder.
