The Community Services Department offers public education on environmental programs and provides staff support to the Keep Allen Beautiful board.

Volunteers are needed year round to participate in various public education events as support. Volunteering for the City of Allen and Keep Allen Beautiful is a wonderful opportunity for those interested in the environment and students seeking scholarship opportunities. We offer various volunteer opportunities including events and office work. We work with students, adults, and local community groups.

How to Join Our Volunteer Program

We keep a database of volunteers of all ages for events throughout the year. We keep in contact with our volunteers through a mailing list. Each volunteer that joins the program will need to submit a legal and media release form prior to participating in an event.
