Automatic Bank Draft
Residents can pay utility bills through easy and convenient automatic bank draft. The amount owed is withdrawn automatically from a checking or savings account. Because payment is automatic, there are no late fees or postage costs. Residents continue to receive a monthly statement showing current charges.

To enroll, complete the bank draft authorization form and turn it into the Utility Billing Office.

Bill Averaging
Utility bill averaging allows customers to pay the same amount for their water bill each month over an 11-month period with the 12th month as the “settle-up” month. The monthly rate is established based on water usage over the previous 12 months. Customers still receive a monthly utility bill, but the amount owed is withdrawn automatically from a checking or savings account on the date the bill is due.

Enrollment for bill averaging is offered once a year during the month of September.
